Since the age of 21 Paul has amassed a wealth of experience in financial services, property development, renovations and sales both in the UK and internationally. Paul has used his knowledge of the property industry to build and renovate numerous properties.
As Managing Director, Paul is passionate about making the process of investing in property simpler and more client friendly with an emphasis on offering first-class service.
Over the last 2 years Paul has travelled to Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, USA, Spain, Montenegro, Portugal, France, Holland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Jamaica. However, he always seems to be home for Hull City home matches.
After a long career in steel, Robert decided to embark on a completely different career path. Robert has become a real force in the property industry working closely with our high-net worth clients to assist them with building their property portfolios. Robert typically spends two weeks of the month working from our office in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, developing and growing our client base and meeting with investors.
Tim started his career in accounting and finance with a major corporate employer and soon realised that his abilities would be more suited to the entrepreneurial world. In his mid-20’s, Tim established a specialist financial recruitment company which grew to a multi-million turnover business employing 50 staff in 5 offices across the UK. During this time Tim had been building his own property portfolio and saw an opportunity to establish a new company offering a customer focussed specialist property investment service – hence ERE Property was established in 2004 under its original brand of Emerging Real Estate. This was over ten years ago and his passion for property has not diminished – indeed it is stronger than ever and he believes that the opportunities for investment are as good as they have ever been.
Justin gained over 25 years' experience within the financial services and banking sectors in the UK before basing himself in Hong Kong.
Specialising in Recruitment, Investment and Mortgage Advice, he has been responsible for the growth and development of several successful businesses in Hong Kong and China. Througout this he has maintained an active role in assist executive level professionals and senior management to identify new roles and business opportunities within the Financial Services and Insurance sectors across the Asia Pacific region.
Head of Sales
Simon joined ERE in September 2016 and has been in the property industry for over 10 years. As a UK qualified Mortgage Advisor, Simon brings his experience of Property Finance alongside a solid property investment background and over 5 years selling property in both Shanghai and HK.
Head of Communications
Catriona has a degree in English Language and Literature from Newcastle University. Before starting at ERE, she trained as a primary school teacher before embarking on a career in marketing for an academic publisher.
Originally from Wakefield, Cheryl recently returned to Yorkshire after 9 years in Wiltshire. Since graduating from Huddersfield with BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Cheryl has gained more than 20 years’ experience in various financial roles including Estate Agency, Legal Practice, Conveyancing & Local Authority Finance.
Ellis studied Ba (Hons) Graphic Design at Leeds Beckett University and graduated in 2014, since then she has been working as a graphic designer for 3 years both full time and freelance. With keen interest in property, she combined her interests and skills and came to work for ERE property.
In 2012 Jacob studied Marketing Ba(Hons) at Leeds Beckett University. Following this, he shifted focus into property by undertaking a degree in Real Estate Management BSc(Hons). More recently he has worked in residential management, with an emphasis on the lease up of new developments.

Kim previously worked as a legal secretary and moved from Scarborough to join the ERE team.

Martyn graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Business and Management (Ba Hons) in 2014. From here, Martyn moved to continue a dynamic career out in his favourite vibrant and ever growing city Dubai! Returning to Leeds, Martyn has found his feet within ERE to become Sales Support Manager. He is looking forward to an enjoyable career in a company that specialises in buy-to-let in key regional cities.
A portfolio Finance Director with clients in a range of sectors in northern England. Bringing 25 years of experience as a commercially-oriented FD to growing entrepreneurial companies like ERE and helping them realise their commercial potential. Always loved working at the coal-face alongside entrepreneurs with a real passion and vision for their businesses.
Sam studied for a degree in Environmental Studies at Crewe and Alsager College, graduating in 1991. She has worked in property for almost 20 years starting as a weekend negotiator when her children were small and building up to a full time sales negotiator as they grew! She has vast experience in both sales and lettings and now hope to bring this wealth of knowledge to the ERE team.
Originally from York, Claire moved to Leeds in 2015. She has just returned to work after a break to have her son and has been an Accounts Manager and Property Maintenance Manager. She has 9 years experience in the Lettings Industry covering all aspects of the business.
Since he graduated from Sheffield Hallam University back in 2004, David Wright has had a passion for property. As an experienced commercial property surveyor he has expertise in sourcing, negotiating and acquiring residential properties for high-net worth investors. David provided a full service for landlords so they were free from worry about their investments after purchase.
In 2016, he made the move to link his expertise with ERE Property in Leeds who have been providing investors with compelling investment opportunities since 2004. ERE had initially outsourced the management side of the buy-to-let properties they sold, but landlords were regularly asking if they would manage their investments, preferring their simple and honest approach. This is how Wright Lettings was born.
Now, ERE and Wright Lettings can provide a complete service to landlords from acquisition through to management whilst maximising the return on their investments. This is achieved through marketing and efficient property management without compromising customer service.
Jennifer came from IQ Student Accomodation in Leeds where she worked for three years. During this time she worked with tenants and developed sales and marketing skills. In the future she wants to own her own property business.
Jodie has spent the last 15 years working in the property industry in both residential and student accommodation. She fell into the industry by chance starting as a temporary receptionist and never left!
Jodie recently acquired her NEBOSH qualification and project managed her own house refurb.
Yas studied Business Management before becoming a qualified Beauty Therapist. She has lots of experience in the property sector and in property maintenance. At Wright Lettings she uses her experience to build the lettings side a high level of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring they are kept informed at each stage of the improvement process, and ensuring costs are controlled and contained.
