A member of our team of lettings negotiators will register your details on our system. Using the information that you provide us, we will ensure that the property that you have enquired about matches your needs, we’ll also use it to ensure that we keep you up to date with new rental properties as and when they become available.

Once you are confident that the property matches what you are looking for we will book a viewing for a member of our friendly lettings team to show you around.

Decision made? We’ll guide you through the next stages of the process including how to pay your holding deposit, complete the application forms and ensure that you know what to expect over the coming weeks.

While we go through verifying the details you’ve provided on your application and preparing the property for your move in we will keep in regular contact with you. We’ll advise of what is outstanding and any help that we may need from you to move the process along.

Just before key collection day we will get you setup on our online portal. This will be where you can find documents relating to the property as well as keep an eye on your account and report maintenance throughout your upcoming tenancy

Once everything is finalised we will be in touch to make arrangements for you to collect the keys and meet our clerks to prepare the inventory
